Ashley Madekwe is an English actress since December 6th, 1981. Ashley Madekwe (born 6 December 1981) is an actor born in England. Her father, a Nigerian-Swiss citizen, and her mother are both English. She grew up on an estate in south London council estate, and went to The Brit School at age fourteen. She studied acting in the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London. As a student at the school, she appeared in numerous stage plays, including the King Henry V as Princess Katherine and Wuthering Heights as Catherine Earnshaw. Madekwe started her acting career with the film Storm Damage. She has since made appearances on Teachers, Doctors Casualty and Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe's debut film was Cassandra's Dream by Woody Allen in which she starred alongside Colin Farrell. After that her role was Elisha in the one-off BBC Three drama pilot West 10 LDN as well as appearing in six episodes of Trexx as well as Flipside playing Ollie. She played Bambi as Bambi in the ITV2 series Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe was the main character on How to Lose Friends And Alienate Others, a comedy that was released in 2008. Her theatre credits include Little Sweet Thing by Roy Williams as well as Flight Path by David Watson.
Madekwe officially made her US debut in the series The Beautiful Life in 2009. The show ran just two episodes at The CW, and was eventually removed from the air. Ashley Mae Sebera, better known as Dana Brooke, her stage name in World Wrestling Entertainment, was born in Seven Hills on 29 November 1988. She attended Kent State University (KSU) and graduated in the year 2011 with a master's education in the field of fashion merchandising, design, and a second degree in business administration. Sebera was a participant in many athletics before returning to gymnastics. Sebera was forced to quit gymnastics because of serious injuries she sustained in her ankles, after a period of time of 18. Sebera went on to be a bodybuilder as well as a fitness competitor. In 2010, she won championships during the National Physique Committee (NPC) contests, Sebera earned her professional license in 2012, and she began participating in the International Federation of BodyBuilding & Fitness (IFBB). Sebera made her WWE debut in 2013 following signing an WWE contract. The WWE NXT debut was in 2016, after having of training and competing in WWE NXT shows. Aside from professional wrestling, she continued to be active in bodybuilding. She returned for the 2017 Arnold's Classic, competing in the fitness international category.
