Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy, a half-Spanish and half-English woman was born on the 16th of April 1996 in Miami Florida. She is half English and the other half Spanish. The parents of her were Dennis Alan Taylor an ex-banker and Jennifer Marina Joy psychologist. The father of her was Argentine and has Scottish as well as English roots. Her mother is Spanish as well as English origin. Taylor-Joy is the youngest of five children from her father's prior marriage. Buenos Aires was her home until she turned six, after which the family relocated to Victoria within London. Taylor Joy says that moving to England was extremely stressful. Taylor Joy was unable to master English and was hoping to return to Argentina. Hill House had to be her new school after she moved from Northlands. Later she attended Queen's Gate School and studied ballet. At the age of 16, Taylor-Joy dropped out to focus her full-time acting profession. Taylor-Joy's ambition to become an actor started when she was just a child. Sarah Doukas of Storm Management was the first person who hired her to be model for professional models.
